Public Relations Officer (PRO)

to represent and promote our Speech & Hearing Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, partners, and the community. Handle patient queries and provide accurate information about services. Develop and implement outreach strategies to spread awareness about speech & hearing care. Assist in organizing events, camps, and awareness programs. Manage promotional activities and maintain clinic's professional image.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with a patient-centric approach. Experience in healthcare PR/marketing preferred (but not mandatory). Ability to manage both offline and online promotional activities.
