3. Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the liaison between the institution and
parents, government bodies, vendors, and community members

Manage public inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
Handle sensitive communication matters with discretion and professionalism.
4. Event Coordination
Plan, organize, and manage
institutional events
including ceremonies, meetings, and public gatherings.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for logistics, communication material, and event execution.
Ensure brand visibility and proper representation during events.
5. Crisis Communication & Issue Management
Provide communication strategies during crises or sensitive situations.
Manage any negative publicity and ensure
timely corrective communication

Prepare risk communication plans and support management during critical situations.
6. Internal Communication
Support HR and Admin teams in internal communication initiatives.
Draft internal circulars, notices, and employee communication material.
Promote organizational achievements, activities, and important updates to staff.
7. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain records of press releases, media coverage, event reports, and communication documents.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and ethical communication standards.
Support management with documentation needed for official and statutory communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in
Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
.
Minimum
5 years of proven experience
as a Public Relations Officer or similar communication role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English (and local language, if applicable)
.
Strong networking and media-handling capabilities.
Ability to manage crises, multitask, and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and communication tools.
