? Branding & establishment of the Hospital name.

? Monitoring and evaluating brand reputation initiatives

? Generating the business (Patient flow) through various activities.

? Working on Various ATL and BTL Campaigning.

? Working in online & Digital marketing.

? Overlooking the competitor strategy.

? Creating the satellite centers.

? Maximum reach of the center to the public & medical fraternity.

? Organizing Medical camps, CME programmes, International Conferences & Exhibitions.

? Planning Advertisement & Promotional activities, Designing Brochures, Layouts & hoardings.

? Co-ordinating Interviews for Medias & in publishing medical articles.

? Interacting with media & Company executives regarding promotional activities.

? Creating the website & updating the same periodically.

? Maintaining the medical records

? Creating network of doctors.

? Designing the pamphlets, brochure, website, hand-outs etc.

? Heads the marketing department.

? To Plan & Execute the marketing strategy of the Hospital.

? Generating revenues for hospital by Tie-up with Public/Private & Corporate organizations.
