Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Public Relations Officer (PRO) with specific experience in the aesthetics or wellness industry. This is a critical role that blends customer relationship management with sales conversion. The ideal candidate will be the bridge between our clients and our services, responsible for nurturing leads, converting inquiries into booked appointments, and ensuring a seamless client journey from first contact to post-treatment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for leads generated through

Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.

Execute and convert

inquiries into sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our

treatment packages

(e.g., Hydrafacial, PRP, LHR, GFC, Chemical Peels). Conduct thorough follow-ups with existing and potential clients via call, WhatsApp, and email to ensure high conversion rates. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Manage and respond to all online queries and comments in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the clinical team to understand service details and update client records accurately. Provide feedback from clients to the management to help improve service offerings and customer experience. Maintain a detailed database of leads and clients, tracking the conversion funnel.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience of

1-3 years as a Public Relations Officer, Client Relations Manager, or Senior Sales Executive within a skin clinic, hair clinic, or medical aesthetics setting.

Must have in-depth knowledge of popular skin and hair treatments

to confidently advise clients. A proven track record of

meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,

with a flair for persuasive and empathetic conversation.

Expert-level proficiency in using Instagram (Professional Account) and WhatsApp Business for lead management.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent command of English and [Local Language]. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
