About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Public Relations Officer (PRO)

to lead and support

student admissions

and build strong relationships with

schools, colleges, and educational institutions

. The ideal candidate will actively promote our institute, coordinate institutional visits, and drive admissions through strategic outreach and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Promote institute courses and programs to increase

student admissions

Visit

schools, colleges, and educational institutions

for admission campaigns Build and maintain strong relationships with

principals, professors, placement officers, and counselors

Plan and execute

career guidance programs, seminars, workshops, and campus visits

Coordinate admission enquiries, follow-ups, and student counseling Represent the institute at

education fairs, exhibitions, and events

Work closely with the marketing and admissions team to achieve enrollment targets Maintain records of institutional contacts and admission activities Provide regular reports on outreach performance and admissions progress
Required Skills & Qualifications

3 to 5 years of proven experience as a

PRO / Admission Officer / Educational Marketing Executive

Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to confidently interact with students, parents, and academic authorities Good networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel to schools and colleges Target-oriented and self-motivated personality Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
Preferred Qualities

Experience in

educational institutions or training institutes

Knowledge of student admission processes Familiarity with local schools and colleges is an added advantage
