About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident

Sales & Outreach Executive

to drive field and tele-calling activities for Zealver Living. The role involves meeting doctors, visiting elderly clients at their homes, coordinating with hospitals and partner experts, and supporting lead conversions. This position is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable travelling extensively across the city.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

tele-calling

to generate leads, follow up with inquiries, and schedule visits. Visit

elderly clients' homes

to explain Zealver Living services, assess requirements, and support onboarding. Meet

doctors, hospitals, healthcare experts, and referral partners

to build relationships and increase referral inflow. Represent Zealver Living in community outreach activities and local engagement programs. Maintain daily logs of visits, calls, leads, and conversions on CRM. Coordinate closely with the operations team for assessments, move-ins, and onboarding processes. Work on Sundays as elderly visits and doctor meetings are usually scheduled that day (compensatory off in the week).

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in

sales, field sales, healthcare outreach, or client relations

. Comfortable with

extensive travel

across the city (2-3 field visits per day). Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle elderly clients with empathy and patience. Should be comfortable attending weekend or Sunday client/home visits. Basic knowledge of healthcare or senior care is an added advantage.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
