Key Responsibilities
Physician & Referral Network Outreach
Build and nurture relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers.
Conduct regular field visits to promote hospital services, generate referrals, and gather market insights.
Event Coordination & Community Engagement
Plan and execute health camps, CME programs, seminars, and community outreach.
Represent the hospital at events and strengthen community visibility.
Stakeholder Communications & Internal Support
Act as liaison for patient inquiries, appointments, and feedback.
Coordinate communication between doctors and departments to streamline operations.
Reporting & Market Analysis
Track referral trends, field activity, campaign performance, and ROI.
Present regular reports to senior management with actionable recommendations.
Collaboration & Strategy Execution
Partner with marketing, finance, and operations teams to roll out campaigns.
Assist with promotional material development and digital initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Healthcare Admin, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
1-5 years in hospital PRO
Core Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Networking and relationship-building prowess
Highly organized with attention to detail
Analytical skills for trend reporting
Event planning and coordination experience
Mobility:
Must be comfortable with travel across the city to visit doctors' offices and communities.
