Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Execution



Develop and implement marketing plans for cardiology services in alignment with overall hospital objectives. Plan campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, etc.) to promote cardiology screenings, events, and new procedures. Monitor market trends, competitor services, and patient feedback to identify opportunities for growth.

Public Relations & Communications



Act as the liaison between the cardiology department and media outlets, patients, and the general public. Prepare press releases, articles, patient success stories, and other PR materials. Organize press conferences, public health talks, and community outreach programs.

Digital Marketing



Manage social media content related to cardiology topics (e.g., heart health tips, doctor interviews). Optimize online presence via SEO and targeted ad campaigns for heart care services. Monitor and report on campaign analytics and adjust strategies as needed.

Branding & Events



Promote cardiology department branding across all channels and materials. Coordinate events such as free heart screening camps, awareness days (e.g., World Heart Day), and webinars. Collaborate with cardiologists to create patient education materials and promotional videos.

Referral & Physician Outreach



Develop outreach strategies to strengthen relationships with general practitioners and referring physicians. Create materials and presentations for physician liaisons and business development.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a hospital or specialty clinic. Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations (HIPAA, patient confidentiality). Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms, CMS). Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in cardiology or other specialized medical fields. Graphic design or video editing skills. Fluency in multiple languages (if relevant to the location or target market).
