We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Public Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Hindi, and Kongini (additional language is an advantage) and should be comfortable with frequent travel. Position Overview: As a Public Relations Officer at Gene Minds Study Solution, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, educational institutions, and media outlets. The position involves extensive travel, with a focus on representing the company and fostering strong connections. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, educational institutions, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and information related to public relations. Media Management: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets to promote the company\'s activities and achievements. Prepare and distribute press releases and other media communications. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, Kannad and Kongini is essential for effective communication with diverse audiences. Travel and Representation: Travel extensively (up to 70%) to represent the company at events, conferences, and meetings. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company\'s image and values. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate public relations events, seminars, and workshops. Ensure successful execution of events to enhance the company\'s visibility. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and Kongini Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
