Job Summary: To generate the maximum amount of profit by improving the business through new and existing customers aware of the company\'s product range services. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Continuously promote the services of the organization to potential customers of the medical profession with a view to increasing their referrals to our centers and increasing the use of our various services for the benefit of their patients. \xc2\xb7 Should maintain all personal information of the customer including degrees, address, telephone both office and residence, mobile no, birthdates, marriage anniversary dates, etc for building longstanding professional relationships. \xc2\xb7 Constantly update his or her knowledge with the support of the technical support department to promote the services, especially the special services, in a confident and technically correct manner thereby winning the trust of the medical faculty. \xc2\xb7 PRO should base his or her work on a standard work plan to ensure the correct frequency of visits with the proper inputs such as technical brochures, gifts etc. and the knowledge of the immediate business history of the customer to effectively promote the service of the organization. \xc2\xb7 Should be ready to meet each customer in the most convenient time for the customer for maximum impact in promotion. Duties \xc2\xb7 Achieving the Revenue Objectives of the Organization from the Assigned Territory /
Customers on a continuous basis. \xc2\xb7 Achieving the Specific Service /Test Objectives from the Assigned Territory / Customers on a continuous basis. \xc2\xb7 Proper promotion of the Services /Test as required from time to time with the help of promotional material, where available. \xc2\xb7 Implementing various Business Strategies of the company as planned. \xc2\xb7 Regular visits to the customers at their preferred timings and development of the customers in the territory by building good professional relationship with them.
