Job Description
Our organization is seeking a Director of Public Relations who will deliver results with integrity and initiative. The successful candidate will have experience in creating effective PR campaigns and media outreach, and should be skilled in developing and implementing tactical plans for improving the visibility of products and services to the public. The Director of PR will also be responsible for hiring public relations specialists to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Create a reliable database of media contacts.
- Develop new media strategies for the organization.
- Consult with senior management about public relations policy and issues.
- Coordinate public relations campaigns for the organization.
- Create and distribute press releases.
- Be familiar with public relations strategy, planning, and policy.
- Manage all public relations efforts in a manner consistent with the organization's mission, vision, and goals.
