Act as the communication bridge between the school, parents, and the public.
Handle inquiries from parents regarding admissions, school activities, and updates.
Support school admission procedures and follow up with parents.
Maintain positive relationships with parents, students, and local community.
Organize and coordinate school events, meetings, and parent interactions.
Manage school communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, email).
Assist in preparing reports, notices, and announcements.
Ensure timely communication of school updates, circulars, and schedules.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to admissions and parent communication.
Promote school activities and achievements professionally.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Malayalam & basic English).
Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
Ability to handle parents and public politely.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/WhatsApp communication).
Experience in school/education sector preferred, Fresher also considered.
Should be organized and responsible.
