Location : Calicut
1? Visitor Communication & Assistance
Act as the first point of contact for guests and visitors
Provide information about park facilities, timings, events, and safety rules
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Guide visitors during peak hours, festivals, or events
Ensure a positive visitor experience from entry to exit
2? Public Relations & Image Building
Promote a friendly and welcoming park environment
Maintain good relationships with guests, local community, and partners
Support branding and awareness activities inside the park
Assist with public announcements and park communication updates
3.Event & Activity Support
Assist in organizing park events, celebrations, shows, and campaigns
Coordinate crowd control during special events
Help communicate event details to visitors
4.Guest Feedback & Reporting
Collect feedback through forms, discussions, or digital tools
Report recurring complaints or service issues to management
Suggest improvements to enhance guest satisfaction
5.Coordination With Departments
Work closely with Operations, Security, HR, and Ticketing Teams
Communicate guest issues quickly to the responsible team
Follow up to ensure issues are resolved
6.Safety & Compliance Support
Help communicate safety instructions to visitors
Support during emergency drills or real incidents
Ensure crowd discipline in restricted or sensitive areas
Professional Conduct
Maintain polite, calm, and courteous communication
Display good grooming and professional appearance
Protect visitor privacy and park reputation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
