About the role
Own community and referral growth for the hospital. Build doctor/optical ties, run health talks and screening camps, coordinate digital content in Malayalam, and protect the brand's reputation. Goal: grow OPD and surgical volumes ethically.
Key responsibilities
Plan and execute 5-8 quality field visits/day (GPs, physicians/diabetologists, pediatricians, opticians, pharmacies, schools, corporates, NGOs).
Organise awareness medical camps, talks and screening camps (diabetic retinopathy, cataract, glaucoma); ensure data capture, consent, and next-day callbacks.
Develop and maintain referral partners; share referral kits (cards, QR codes, brochures).
Coordinate with media team: local Malayalam reels/posts, patient stories (with consent), Sunday OPD pushes.
Liaise with doctors; help plan small CMEs/partner meets.
Daily reporting: visit log, leads, follow-ups; weekly funnel and source-mix.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree; 2-5 years in healthcare marketing/PRO (eye-care preferred)
Fluent Malayalam; workable English
Strong field execution and follow-up discipline
Two-wheeler and valid licence
Basic tools: Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp Business, Canva/PowerPoint

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
