Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Relationship Management
Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a personalized and premium experience.
Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and service issues promptly.
Build strong, long-term relationships with loyal and high-value customers.
Government Liaison & Compliance
Coordinate with government authorities for licenses, approvals, and compliance requirements.
Handle statutory filings and ensure showroom adherence to all legal and regulatory norms.
Manage documentation related to tax, and other official processes.
Showroom Operations & Support
Support day-to-day operational activities in coordination with showroom Managers.
Assist in organizing showroom events, festivals, and customer engagement activities.
Maintain accurate records of communications and official documentation.
Brand Representation & Public Relations
Represent Bhima Jewellery with professionalism during official and external interactions.
Ensure consistent communication that reflects Bhima's brand values and standards.
Handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain the company's reputation at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate
Experience: 2-4 years in PR, customer service, or government liaison roles; experience in jewellery/luxury retail is preferred.
