Welcome and assist customers visiting the service center.
Manage customer inquiries regarding service status, estimates, and delivery.
Coordinate between customers and service advisors for seamless communication.
Address and resolve customer grievances related to service, billing, or delays.
Maintain service follow-up calls and feedback collection after vehicle delivery.
Organize customer satisfaction programs, service camps, and loyalty initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.
Support in preparing MIS reports related to customer feedback and complaint closure.
Promote service-related offers, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and value-added services.
