Key Responsibilities

? Act as the day-to-day contact for a dedicated set of clients, building strong and

positive relationships.

? Develop a clear understanding of client business goals and how our digital marketing

services (Website, SEO, SMM, PPC, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing) help

them achieve those goals.

? Communicate campaign strategies, timelines, and deliverables to clients in a clear and

concise manner.

? Prepare and present regular performance reports.

? Schedule and participate in client calls and meetings to provide updates and gather

feedback.

? Effectively relay client requirements and feedback to our internal technical teams

(SEO specialists, social media managers, content writers).

? Assist senior team members in developing campaign strategies and identifying new

opportunities for clients.

? Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
