Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized professionals to handle public relations and admissions. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our school and play a key role in supporting institution's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door campaigns in targeted residential areas, societies, and apartments to generate leads and convert prospective parents into admissions Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and promotional materials effectively Handle branding activities: Coordinate & arrange hoardings, banners, flex boards, newspaper insertions, and local publicity drives Be the first point of contact for parents -- confidently explain the unique features of our School, including integrated curriculum, technology-enabled learning, competitive exam orientation, expert faculty, modern facilities, and outstanding results Follow up on leads, counsel parents, schedule school visits/counseling sessions, and assist in closing admissions Report daily activities, leads generated, and campaign progress to the Admissions Head Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate Profile) We need energetic, result-driven individuals who love meeting new people every day!

Must-have Qualities & Skills

Extrovert & outgoing personality -- zero hesitation in approaching parents, talking confidently, and building instant rapport Excellent communication & convincing skills High energy level & hunger to grow -- someone ambitious who wants to quickly rise to higher roles (Team Leader ? Admissions Manager ? Branch Head level positions) based on performance Basic sales/field marketing experience preferred (education, insurance, real estate, or direct sales background is ideal) Own two-wheeler + valid driving license
Age: Preferably 21-35 years (freshers with strong personality are also welcome)
