Responsible for managing customer relations, maintaining showroom reputation, coordinating PR activities, and ensuring a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist showroom customers professionally
Maintain strong relations with VIP clients and influencers
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues
Plan and support showroom events, promotions, and campaigns
Manage local PR activities and brand visibility initiatives
Prepare basic communication materials and maintain client database
Skills Required:
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Pleasant personality and customer service mindset
Ability to manage events & handle public dealings
Knowledge of retail/jewellery sector preferred
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in PR/Marketing/Communication or related field
1-3 years' experience in retail, luxury, or hospitality roles
