Public Relationship Officer

who can ensure an excellent experience for every patient and visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the

Floor Manager

, ensuring smooth interaction with all patients and visitors. Conduct regular

center rounds

to meet patients and visitors, understand their needs, and ensure their comfort. Provide clear information to patients and their families about our

services, treatments, and advanced technologies

. Build positive relationships with patients, visitors, and staff to strengthen trust and satisfaction. Collect feedback and address concerns in coordination with the Branch Head. Support in maintaining professional decorum, patient satisfaction, and center culture.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude. Ability to explain medical/technical services in simple and professional language. Prior experience in

hospitality, healthcare, or customer relations

preferred. Graduate/Post Graduate in any field.
