Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage customer data, handle social media communications, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, organized, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate customer databases. Respond promptly to customer queries on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships. Track and follow up on leads and client interactions. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions. Provide personalized assistance to customers, ensuring a luxury service experience. Maintain a professional tone across all digital communications.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Experience in customer service or retail (jewellery experience is a plus). Basic knowledge of social media marketing is an advantage.
