Symbiosis University Hospital & Research Centre is a 900 bedded Multi-Super Specialty Hospital, requires: Position: Public Relations Officer Qualification: MSW, MBA Healthcare Management, MHA. Should be fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi. Posses excellent communication and co-ordination skills. Should posses good maturity to deal with patients & relatives Experience: Experience 4 to 10 years from hospital industry. Shifts : Morning/general & evening on rotation Key Responsibilities : Co-ordinating with patients, consultants, various departments right from admission to discharge/ post discharge related to patients, attending and resolvting patients/pt relatives issues, concerns. Maintaining their data, MIS etc. Working towards enhancing patient satisfaction and followup with patients. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits:
