PUNE CANDIDATES ONLY!!!! EDUCATION: MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing & Public Public Relations. We are looking for a Public Relations (PR) Officer to organize and oversee PR activities and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, media and the public. As a PR Officer, you should be an organized and cool-tempered professional who is able to handle a crisis. We expect you to have a creative mind and excellent communication skills. If you are also confident in your public speaking and project management abilities, we\xe2\x80\x99d like to meet you. Your goal will be to cultivate a positive company image. This position will require 50% desk job and 50% field working. WORK-LOCATION: Koregaon Park, Pune (On-site) COMPETENCIES / SKILLS: This position will assist the Sales functions for Pune, Mumbai as well as some other PAN India locations. Our clients are large corporations, expatriates & HNI\xe2\x80\x99s and may be located in Pune, Mumbai, other major cities in India or in foreign countries. The position will be required to initiate a sales pitch, conduct online presentations, and email proposal to potential clients. Follow up regularly with potential and existing clients to ensure their needs are met. They are expected to sell consulting services like expat relocation, real-estate and immigration services to corporate clients and will involve the following: To take ownership of targets for lead generation for corporate sales Implement sales plans and strategies Lead generation by data mining, online portals like LinkedIn, Zoominfo etc. Keeping in touch with influencers like associations, chambers, embassies, international recruiters, international tax advisors, luxury hotels, etc. Lead generation through cold calling to business influencers Promote and generate leads by advertising, sponsorships, tele-calling & campaigns. Contribute to marketing activities and assist in lead generation by working closely with traditional marketing & digital marketing team. Generate interest in our services from corporations, seek appointments, make presentations, and work with the sales team to close the deals Record lead progress in HubSpot CRM Design brand strategies, communications & marketing collaterals. PERSONALITY & OTHER TRAITS Good communication, presentation skills and Interpersonal skills Good negotiator, silently aggressive, disciplined, punctual, mature & good team player Proven sales track record in service / consulting industry Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook Thorough knowledge of Pune & Mumbai City and its business / industry clusters Knowledge of foreign languages & culture will be an added advantage Candidate must own a two/four-wheeler and be currently based in Pune COMPENSATION: As per Industry Standards + attractive incentives Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9350,000.00 - 9550,000.00 per year Benefits:
