Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Press Relations & Media Outreach



Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media statements, and authored articles. Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media houses across print, digital, and broadcast platforms. Drive consistent media coverage aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and corporate announcements.

Digital Brand Integrations



Identify and secure integration opportunities across YouTube, Instagram, OTT platforms, and other digital channels. Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and production teams for effective brand placements.

Production House & Agency Collaboration



Maintain strong partnerships with production houses, digital content studios, and creative agencies. Develop and pitch innovative brand partnership ideas for entertainment and educational content.

Content Creation & Editorial



Write and edit authored articles, speeches, op-eds, and leadership talking points. Ensure all communications reflect a consistent and compelling brand voice.

Celebrity Management



Coordinate with celebrity managers and talent agencies for brand endorsements. Manage contracts, PR planning, and campaign communication for celebrity-led initiatives.

Strategic PR Planning & Execution



Develop and implement proactive PR strategies aligned with business goals. Monitor media trends, track brand reputation, and provide crisis communication support.

Event & Campaign PR



Support product launches, webinars, panel discussions, and brand events with full PR planning. Secure strong pre-event and post-event media coverage.

Key Requirements



9-12 years of proven experience in PR (preferred sectors: Publishing, FMCG, Media, Education). Strong network of journalists, editors, influencers, and media professionals. Hands-on experience in

digital PR and influencer marketing

. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to independently create press materials and campaign content. Familiarity with YouTube, OTT, and social media integration formats. Experience in

celebrity management and coordination

is a strong plus. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications



Bachelor's or Master's in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or related field.

PR agency background or experience managing PR for consumer-facing brands. Strong portfolio of successful PR campaigns and media coverage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
