We Are Hiring - Public Relations (PR) Manager

Location: Agra / Noida (Work from Office, 6 days)

Department: Marketing

Experience: 9 - 12 Years

Compensation: ₹6,00,000 - ?8,00,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced PR Manager to drive the brand's visibility across digital and traditional media. The ideal candidate is a seasoned PR professional with strong media relationships, storytelling skills, and experience collaborating with influencers, celebrities, and production houses.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft & disseminate press releases, media statements, and articles

Build & maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers & media houses

Ensure consistent media coverage aligned with campaigns & launches

Manage digital brand integrations (YouTube, Instagram, OTT, etc.)

Collaborate with production houses & agencies for brand partnerships

Lead content creation (articles, speeches, op-eds, leadership notes)

Handle celebrity management, endorsements & PR coordination

Execute strategic PR planning, crisis communication & event PR

Requirements:

9-12 years proven PR experience (Publishing / FMCG / Media / Education sectors preferred)

Strong network with journalists, editors, influencers & media professionals

Hands-on experience in digital PR & influencer marketing

Excellent written & spoken communication

Experience in celebrity coordination & talent management is a plus

Bachelor's/Master's in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or related field

Local candidates from Delhi/NCR/Agra only

Early joiners preferred (within 30 days)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
