JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE Public Relations Head/Manager (Female) for foreign liquor brands REPORTS TO Director of the Company EXPERIENCE 05 to 8 years in the same industry WORKING LOCATION Okhla phase-1, Industrial Area, New Delhi WORK SHIFT & TIME Monday to Saturday & 10:30a.m to 07: 00p.m SALARY: 45k to 55k (10 to 20% hike on the same salary) or negotiable AGE CRITERIA: From 30 Yrs to 40 Yrs JOB OVERVIEW As the PR Head in the liquor industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public relations and communications strategies to enhance the brand image, promote products, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company objectives. We are looking for a creative and analytical public relations manager to strategize campaigns to create and maintain the public image of clients. public relations managers are also responsible for working with clients, social media teams, and marketing departments to establish campaign goals. Duties and responsibilities 1. Develop and execute comprehensive PR plans to support brand objectives and increase brand awareness. 2. Create and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, bloggers, influencers, and industry experts. 3. Manage media inquiries, press releases, and media events, ensuring accurate and timely communication. 4. Proactively seek opportunities to secure positive media coverage, including features, interviews, and product placements. 5. Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing regular reports and insights to the management team. 6. Develop and maintain crisis communication plans, including managing any potential negative publicity or issues. 7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing and PR campaigns. 8. Act as a spokesperson for the company, representing its values and messages in media interviews and public appearances. 9. Organize and coordinate special events, product launches, trade shows, and sponsorships. 10. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry organizations, associations, and influencers. 11. Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding PR-related activities and initiatives. 12. Monitor and manage social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and engaging with followers. 13. Track and analyze PR metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to assess the effectiveness of PR efforts. 14. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in public relations. Qualifications/Knowledge, Necessary Skill, Experience, and abilities requirement

• Candidate should be based in Delhi NCR, Previous experience as Public Relations Specialist for 5 to 10 years. (Hospitality industry)

• Bachelor\'s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Willing to go for on-site meetings with clients Ability to make media pitches Creative thinking, research skills, deadline-driven and social media savvy Willingness to learn about industry trends and innovations. Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the liquor industry or related consumer goods industry. Strong understanding of media relations, crisis communications, and brand management. Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals and influencers. Experience in organizing and managing events, press conferences, and trade shows. Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in PR and brand promotion. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative PR strategies. Strong analytical skills to track and measure PR performance. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 945,000.00 - 955,000.00 per month Benefits:
