Job Designation: PR And Corporate Communications Manager

The Corporate Communications function is dedicated to establishing and maintaining our
corporate reputation with key stakeholders and influencers both in India and globally. The role
encompasses employer branding, PR and internal communications.
We do this by articulating and sharing our story with the right people, in the right way,
everywhere, every day.
As a Manager in the team, you will create, manage and execute high impact campaigns, content
and news for the business & employees, spanning both internal and external stakeholders in
India to start with, by being responsible for the following things:
o Corporate stakeholders establishing thought leadership to influence company
perception (PR)
o Employee stakeholders connect employees and leaders with one another through
forums and internal communications on key business strategy & decisions.
o Managing Various Public Platforms for the organization - Linkedin, Facebook, Rebel
Website & Blogs
o Manage all kinds and forms of employee and company related communications which
includes weekly/ monthly newsletters & engagement communications.

Brand consideration, awareness and advocacy for Rebel Group
Your responsibility includes fostering a culture of proactive storytelling and thought leadership,
embracing a holistic communication approach that considers all stakeholders, both internal and
external.
Strategic Approach and Messaging Definition: Your role includes crafting a strategic approach
and messaging that align the overall business objectives with impactful communication
campaigns. This responsibility entails effective execution in collaboration with PR agency teams.
Additionally, your responsibilities will encompass project management and content creation,
along with identifying relevant awards and events and managing the nomination process.
