Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Public Relations Manager with a strong legal background

to manage company communications, reputation, and external relations. The ideal candidate will have experience handling public communication, drafting legal statements, managing media inquiries, and coordinating with regulatory bodies. Preference will be given to candidates from

NBFC, loan, or finance industries

who understand compliance-driven communication.

Legal & Compliance Support

Draft, review, and approve communication ensuring legal accuracy. Coordinate with internal legal and compliance teams for official responses. Handle regulatory communication related to public inquiries or complaints. Support management in framing responses to legal notices, grievances, or escalations.

Stakeholder Engagement

Represent the company at events, seminars, and meetings. Engage with clients, partners, and government bodies when required. Maintain a professional and consistent communication tone across all channels.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Law (LLB)

is mandatory; additional PR/Communication certifications are preferred. 3-6 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or legal communications. Experience working with

NBFCs, loan companies, or financial institutions

is highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of legal terminology, compliance processes, and documentation. Ability to handle sensitive communication and crisis situations. Strong networking, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
