- Internal Communications: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged. Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the organization\'s social media accounts and develop strategies to effectively leverage social media platforms for PR purposes.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor media coverage and sentiment related to the organization. Prepare regular reports on PR activities, coverage, and outcomes for management review.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
- Proven experience working in PR, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent media relations and networking abilities.
- Crisis management experience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software/tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
