Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans to promote engagement, awareness, and understanding among the employees. Curate compelling people stories and to share across various internal communication channels, including our intranet, Yammer, and social media platforms like LinkedIn. Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and insights, ensuring accurate and impactful communication. Actively monitor and respond to employee feedback, providing timely and meaningful updates to enhance internal communication effectiveness. Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders, including leadership, HR, and various departments, to ensure alignment and coordination of communication efforts. Support the creation and delivery of internal events, such as town halls, webinars, and employee recognition programs, to foster a positive work culture. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in pharmaceuticals and internal communications insights, and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve our strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in communications, Journalism, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in internal communications, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with internal audiences and people. Proven track record in internal stakeholder management and the ability to create engaging content and people stories. Strong understanding of using communication tools such as intranet platforms, Yammer, and the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, with the ability to create compelling content for internal and external audiences
