Influencer Outreach Intern

to join our marketing team and help us promote our books through collaborations with YouTube and Instagram influencers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, shortlist, and reach out to relevant YouTube and Instagram influencers in the

education

self-learning

niches. Draft and send outreach messages/emails/DMs to influencers with appropriate campaign briefs. Maintain and update influencer tracking sheets, including response status, contact details, and content deadlines. Coordinate deliverables: product samples, campaign timelines, and feedback from the team. Help analyze influencer performance using engagement metrics and campaign ROI indicators. Research trends in the influencer space and suggest new strategies or platforms. Assist in maintaining an internal influencer database segmented by niche, geography, and audience size.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with social media platforms, especially YouTube and Instagram. Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel to maintain outreach logs. Enthusiastic, self-driven, and comfortable working in a team environment. Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and campaigns at once.
