We are looking for a PR Executive to provide high-quality service to our customers. You will address complaints and go the extra mile to make sure our customers are satisfied. You should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations. You should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as youll serve as a primary point of contact for our customers. Your goal will be to ensure our guests are happy with our products.
Primary Responsibilities
Has full knowledge of all products and is able to confidently give descriptions to a customer
Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Senior Management
To assist department objective in order to achieve targets
Is able to spot a sales opportunity to upsell products and service to existing or potential guests
Is able to make simple decisions that affect their own work or the customers experience in a positive manner
To understand and comply with all local licensing laws and to promote responsible service of alcohol
Has a full understanding and can when asked explain the brand concept, history and vision
Is required to be immaculate and presentable and understand the importance of first impressions
Ensures problems are dealt with immediately and proactively.
Will be looking after whole pune region
Must have knowledge of B2B sales
Profile Requirements
Min. 1-3 Years experience as a Guest Relationship Executive or PR Executive
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Computer literacy
A customer-oriented and professional attitude
An outgoing personality
Outstanding communication abilities
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
