Job Description

The Patient Relations Executive serves as the main point of contact between patients, their families, and the healthcare facility. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth and positive experience for patients by addressing concerns, providing guidance, and coordinating with clinical and non-clinical staff to resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Welcome and assist patients and their families with information, directions, and support. Respond to patient concerns, complaints, or suggestions with empathy and professionalism. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to resolve patient issues. Monitor patient satisfaction and help implement improvement initiatives. Educate patients about hospital policies, processes, and available services. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and feedback. Support the admissions and discharge process to ensure a seamless experience. Promote a culture of care, respect, and service excellence within the facility.

Experience:

1 years in patient services, healthcare customer service, or related roles (preferred).

Trivandrum Candidates are preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
