Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who has prior experience in working with startup PR agencies. The candidate should be based out of Delhi/NCR, and willing to work in a hybrid model, wherein he/she has to travel to office (situate in central Delhi) atleast 2 times a week. The ideal candidate should have Master\'s degree from a reputed institute with minimum 2-4 years of experience in a PR firm with a strong writing and client servicing skills. Working/worked on Fintech, finance, edutech startup client would be an added advantage. Responsibilities:
- Media Relations - pitching media relevant stories that can highlight client USPs and brand story
- creative thinking and working toward betterment of client and agency
- Ideation and execution of monthly plans for clients
- Ensuring client deliverables are met on a month on month basis
- Content Creation - Writing relevant content including press releases, pitch notes, briefing documents, Q&A for media requirements etc
- Undertake research, analyze industry trends and data, and generate client-focused updates and opportunities Requirements:
- Has a minimum of 2 years of working experience with a Public Relations agency
- Strong organizational skills - efficient time management and the ability to multitask
- Excellent oral and written communications skills (including presentation skills)
- Energetic, creative and takes initiative to tackle new projects and tasks
- Has dealt with journalists day in and day out in the past three years
- Confidently share ideas, participate in conversations and take (or give) constructive criticism
- Believes in smart work rather than slogging
