: Cultivate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure positive coverage and promote the company\'s image. Monitor and provide regular reports and analysis to internal stakeholders on Company\'s image. Prepare and distribute press releases and other communication materials. Draft compelling and engaging content for press releases, articles, blog posts, and other communication materials. Collaborate with internal teams to create content that aligns with the company\'s messaging and brand identity. Strong media relations with the A&M media, mainlines, Financials and wires Collaborate with internal teams to create content that aligns with the company\'s messaging and brand identity. Assist in developing and implementing crisis communication plans Support the planning and execution of press conferences, product launches, and other PR-related events. Collaborate with the social media team to align PR efforts Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience of 1-5 years in a PR role. The candidate should have preferably worked on / have fundamental knowledge of working on news broadcast / media & entertainment brands preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with media relations and working knowledge of media databases and monitoring tools. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in social media platforms. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative PR ideas and strategies.
