The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing the public image and external visibility of ARMIET College. The role involves promoting academic programs, coordinating outreach activities, establishing partnerships with schools/colleges, handling media communications, and supporting student admission drives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Promotion & Communication
Promote ARMIET's vision, values, courses, and achievements across various platforms.
Develop brochures, press releases, social media posts, newsletters, and digital marketing content.
Outreach & College Tie-Ups
Visit schools, junior colleges, coaching centers, and organizations for awareness and admissions.
Conduct seminars, career counseling sessions, education fairs, and scholarship awareness drives.
Media Relations
Coordinate with local newspapers, digital platforms, and influencers for coverage of events.
Prepare media briefing notes and maintain strong media contacts.
Event Coordination
Support planning and execution of college events such as seminars, cultural festivals, placement drives, and alumni meets.
Ensure proper branding and representation of ARMIET in external events.
Admissions & Student Interaction
Assist prospective students and parents with counseling and program details.
Address queries related to admissions, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Public & Community Engagement
Maintain positive relations with stakeholders including parents, alumni, corporates, and government bodies.
Participate in CSR and community outreach initiatives.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain visit reports, lead databases, media coverage records, and performance reports.
Submit weekly progress updates to management.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).

Qualification & Experience
Any Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/MMS in Marketing preferred).
Experience in Education Marketing, Admissions, Counseling, or PR is desirable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
