Develop and implement PR strategies to improve the Shopprix's public image.
Handle all licensing and legal liaison matters (e.g.: trade licenses, labour registration, municipal permits, renewal applications, tax-related documents, and compliance certificates.), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure all permits (health, safety, food handling, signage, labour, etc.) are up-to-date.
Support management during inspections, audits, or compliance checks.
Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders as required, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Coordinate communication between company management and clients to build strong relationships.
Manage the Management's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain organised filing systems and ensure timely follow-up on tasks assigned by the MD.
Manage the Shopprix's internal and external communication channels.
