Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident

Public Relations Officer (PRO)

with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in the agro or rice industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the company's image, handling public communication, and building strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and media

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation in the rice/agro sector Prepare and distribute press releases, promotional material, and official statements Build and maintain relationships with local media, trade associations, and community leaders Coordinate participation in agro trade fairs, exhibitions, and local events Respond promptly to media inquiries and public questions about the company Monitor industry news and ensure appropriate communication response Manage online presence and social media platforms related to company updates Assist in handling crisis communication, if required

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a relevant field Minimum 1 year of experience in public relations or a communication-based role Experience or knowledge of the agro/rice industry is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi) Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Familiarity with rural market dynamics and local language (if applicable) Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
