of experience as PRO in reputed Hospital / Healthcare Organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors.
Provide accurate information about hospital services, facilities, and procedures.
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback courteously and efficiently.
Support the hospital's communication and marketing initiatives.
Assist with public events, hospital tours, and community engagement activities.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the hospital's professional image at all times.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient experience and issue resolution.
