. The candidate will be responsible for managing the school's public image, handling parent and community relations, supporting admissions activities, and coordinating communication between the school, parents, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the school, parents, and the public.
Handle parent inquiries, meetings, and grievance redressal in a professional manner.
Support admissions activities, including student inquiries, counseling, and follow-ups.
Coordinate school events, open houses, parent-teacher meetings, and public functions.
Assist management in external communications and official correspondence.
Promote the school's image, values, and achievements through effective communication.
Maintain records related to admissions inquiries, parent interactions, and events.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth information flow.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communication, Management, or any relevant field.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a PRO in a school or educational institution.
Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
