Key Responsibilities:
Patient Relationship & Care
Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
Follow up with discharged patients for continuity of care and loyalty.
Ensure smooth admission, billing, and discharge experience.

Community Outreach & Networking
Build strong relationships with local doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and labs to increase referrals.
Liaise with corporates, schools, factories, and insurance providers for health tie-ups.
Coordinate with NGOs and social groups to organize health camps, check-ups, and awareness drives.

Marketing & Promotion
Promote hospital facilities and doctors through social media, digital platforms (Practo, Google reviews, Justdial), and local advertising.
Manage hospital's public image by organizing press releases, community events, and promotional activities.
Ensure positive patient reviews and testimonials are collected and shared.

Business Growth
Create strategies to increase daily OPD and IPD patient flow.
Monitor referral pipelines and report weekly patient inflow data to management.
Support hospital branding and assist in new service launches.
