Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in

Public Relations

Mass Communication

, or

Hospital Administration

Experience in hospital or healthcare sector preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and crisis management skills

Key Responsibilities:

Regularly check and observe all ongoing activities across departments (OPD, IPD, reception, diagnostics, etc.) Ensure smooth coordination between departments for patient care and services Identify and address any issues affecting patient satisfaction or hospital workflow Monitor staff behavior, professionalism, and discipline during duty hours Take immediate action or escalate issues related to delay, miscommunication, or complaints Coordinate with nursing staff and doctors to ensure patients are attended to without delay Maintain a visible presence inside the hospital, especially during peak hours and emergencies Provide timely reports to the management about hospital functioning and public feedback
