With a commitment to providing quality education, RBGS is seeking dynamic and motivated professionals to join our team in Kolkata. :As a Public Relations Officer (PRO) at Ravindra Bharathi Global Schools, you will play a crucial role in driving admissions for our two new branches in Maheshtala and Barasat, Kolkata, scheduled to begin classes in April 2024. You will be an integral part of the marketing team and report directly to the Marketing Manager or Team Leader. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and manage admissions-related data efficiently.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective parents and students to provide information and address inquiries.
• Organize and conduct door-to-door visits to potential students\' homes.
• Build strong relationships with prospective parents, understand their needs, and guide them through the admission process.
• Provide detailed information about the school\'s curriculum, facilities, and advantages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute admission campaigns.
• Assist in organizing and participating in admission events and open houses.
• Prepare reports and update the marketing manager or team leader on progress regularly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree (Fresher) or 12th /Diploma with 2+ years of experience
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Must have a smart phone.
