Act as the first point of contact for patients, attendants, and visitors.
Guide patients regarding hospital services, departments, doctors' availability, and procedures.
Assist patients with registration, admissions, discharges, and internal coordination.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
Address patient and attendant queries politely and professionally.
Handle patient grievances and complaints, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
Collect patient feedback through feedback forms, verbal interactions, or digital platforms.
Analyze feedback and share observations with management for service improvement.
Follow up on negative feedback or complaints to ensure closure and patient satisfaction.
Maintain a positive image of the hospital through courteous behavior and communication.
Support billing and insurance desks by guiding patients on basic processes.
Assist during peak hours, emergencies, and high-patient-volume situations.
Ensure patients and attendants follow hospital policies and protocols.
Maintain daily records of complaints, feedback, and resolutions.
Coordinate with marketing or administration for patient engagement initiatives.
