Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our Hyderabad branch. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, client-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships while promoting the clinic's services and maintaining its professional image.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and interact with clients professionally to ensure a positive experience.
Promote the clinic's services, packages, and ongoing offers to existing and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat visits and referrals.
Support the counsellors and front office team in managing client appointments and coordination.
Represent the clinic professionally during client meetings and local promotional activities.
Handle client feedback courteously and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Maintain proper client communication records and daily activity reports.
Assist management in planning and executing promotional or awareness campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Communication, or related preferred).
1-2 years of experience in client relations, public relations, or customer handling roles (preferably in beauty or healthcare sector).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable appearance with a positive and confident attitude.
Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
