The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all patient-related queries, grievances, and feedback. The role ensures smooth communication between patients, hospital staff, and doctors while maintaining a positive image of the hospital and providing excellent patient service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all patient queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Coordinate between patients, doctors, and hospital staff to resolve issues effectively.
Ensure patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining transparent communication.
Maintain records of patient interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Support front office and admission teams in managing patient flow and communication.
Assist in organizing hospital events, awareness programs, and patient engagement activities.
Build and maintain good relationships with patients, attendants, and visitors.
Provide daily reports on patient feedback and service improvement suggestions to management.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure hospital policies and standards are followed.
Promote the hospital's services and maintain a positive public image.

Good command of local languages and English
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems
