Shift time : 9:30am to 6:30pm

Saturday - Sunday Weekoff

Key Responsibilities:

Client Planning & Strategy

Co-own account planning with the Strategic Lead or Sr. Consulting Associate

Deliver creative, innovative ideas month-on-month (campaigns, new media formats, content angles)

Plan and execute a 30-day strategy in alignment with client goals

Regularly update clients on sector developments, media movements, and brand opportunities

Lead discussions with clients to uncover storytelling opportunities and develop media mix strategies

Team Leadership & Growth

Ensure optimum utilization of team members' time and guide their professional growth

Provide strategic direction on story planning and media targeting

Coach the team to improve presentation and client communication skills

Assist team members in crafting impactful activity reports and dossiers

Conduct weekly and monthly check-ins to map progress against plans

Content & Documentation

Ensure timely delivery of strategic documents: press notes, releases, action plans

Collaborate on creating chapter-wise layouts for activity reports to enhance client presentations

Review and provide inputs on media stories, ensuring relevance and impact
