Relationship Manager We are looking for a result-driven retail sales Manager to maintain public relation and to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Ecommerce Manager is a leader who develops and manages the Ecommerce team and looks after day to day operations of the Ecommerce department on behalf of the organization. The designated individual will play a vital role in smooth functioning of our ecommerce activities. 1. Managing and leading the team. Supervising the team. Providing training and mentorship to the team members. Continuously reviewing and managing performance of team members. Representing the department before management. Answering the queries and resolving day to day operational challenges of the team. 2. Build and implement a strategy for increasing sales. Create a sustainable sales strategy. Weekly monitoring and analysis of sales and creating reports. Conduct root-cause analysis of the metrics which underperform and suggest solutions for improvement. Implementing an action plan to ensure all sales targets are achieved. 3. Handling day to day activities of Ecommerce department. Supervising the management of backend panels of HIBOX Overlooking the team to create, update and modify product listing on various sales channels, marketplaces. Checking each product page and looking out for inactive listing, errors or mismatches of data and getting them rectified. Taking follow-up for rectification in case of mismatch. Any miscellaneous work in the back-end of HIBOX 4. Create various reports and provide analysis on a timely basis. Create a system for Real-time analysis of all listings on all marketplaces and provide reports. Create and maintain all the necessary reports regarding progress of the Ecommerce department and present to management. 5. Maintain process and procedure documents for this role. Create and update videos of the processes of each function. 6. Develop technical skills, functional knowledge and domain knowledge Learning and developing technical skills to increase productivity and to be able to coordinate with technical people. Learning and developing other departmental knowledge in order to coordinate and communicate effectively. - Own revenue targets and be responsible for growing the revenue - Be tuned to the marketplace, analyze the opportunities, and pitch in the appropriate ones - 4- 8 ears of experience in sales and business development in the digital space - Proven track record of growing revenue - Strong presentation, communication, and client relationship skills Other Important Information : - Become an Authority in your Field! - We have a team of young people very talented in their domain, who love what they do - The senior management has strong expertise in building consumer internet ventures - We aim to do cutting-edge work that helps us become experts in our individual fields of work.
