Job Title: Public Relations Manager :
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Public Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating leads and Developing a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, tactics and Negotiation to close the deal. They will also be able to build relationships with Business delegacies and develop solutions that meet their needs. Education Qualification:
Bachelor\'s or MBA in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Public Relations, Journalism, etc (Min above 60% in 10th, 12th and Graduation) Language:
Very Good vocabulary in English Experience Roles and responsibilities:

• Generate leads through Business meet-ups with school and Colleges.
• Give a live presentation to the delegate and close the deals.
• Coordinate all public relations activities and build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
• Present products and services to customers via various media platforms
• Close deals and negotiate contracts by answering questions, resolving objections, and resolving objections.
• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
• Maintain relationships with customers by delegating and maintaining their satisfaction
• Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.

Minimum requirement:

• Proven working experience in public relations required
• Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level
• Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews
• Exceptional writing and solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Event planning experience.
• Strong communication skills needed to communicate and resolve customers queries immediately, both verbally and in writing. They should be able to build rapport, explain complex products or services, and close deals.
• The ability to solve customer problems is an essential skill for PR. They should be able to identify and understand the customer\'s needs, and then develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Negotiation skills: PR need to be able to negotiate effectively with customers. They should be able to understand the customer\'s position and then present a compelling argument for their own solution.
• Motivation and drive: The induvial has to be motivated and driven to succeed. They should be able to set and achieve goals, and they should be willing to work hard to close deals.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday and Weekend Availability.
• The salary ranges from 3 to 7 LPA , plus performance based incentives.
