What you'll achieve

As a Public Cloud Security Engineer, you will design and implement technologies for enforcement of security controls across Dell's public cloud infrastructure. This will include consultation with application owners, IT, business units, and other teams within Dell Cybersecurity to enhance security controls and detections for public cloud-based workloads. You will also work in collaborative team environment utilizing Agile development methodologies, mentoring teammates, and learning cross-functional skills to support a range of technologies as a product offering.

You will:

Design, develop, implement, and maintain large-scale systems across multiple cloud environments Leverage scripting, automation and configuration management tools to accelerate the secure adoption of public cloud within Dell Technologies Work with global teams and business units to understand the behavior, design, and architecture of applications and network infrastructure to develop and deploy adequate controls

Essential Requirements

5+ years of professional experience securing or administering large enterprise public cloud environments (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP) Expert Knowledge of core cybersecurity principals across multiple pillars Deep knowledge of Identity Access management Strong knowledge of hybrid multi cloud security Expertise in Python, PowerShell, REST API, or other scripting languages

Desirable Requirements

Cloud Workload Protection Platform (CWPP) or Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) experience Experience with SAFe Agile methodology
